On the sunny morning of April 30, I set out to do some serious street photography on Manhattan. Starting out from Central Park on East 66th Street to Park Avenue, I found these wonderful flowerbeds and sat down to wait for a moment worth capturing. Suddenly this woman in her pink coat appeared, and when she stopped at the red light of the crossing I shot this picture across the tulips with focus on her awesome short hair – with light and colours yelling ”Springtime” to me.
